Norman Reid, who was born and raised in Lakewood, NJ is currently serving time in prison after being wrongfully convicted. He was sentenced in 1995 to 25 years to life.  His sentence was enhanced based on a prior conviction which he received ineffective assistance of counsel on. Since his incarceration he has been studying business so when he’s released he can become a successful motivational speaker. His mission in life is to help the youth to not self destruct by going down the wrong path. He also wants to help mothers and fathers come up with different strategies on how they can all help their community. Mr. Reid knows that it takes a village to raise a child, so everyone’s involvement is important.
